The Plugger machine is the ideal tool for aerating lawns. It is narrow, only 22 inches wide, so you can get access through the most difficult gateways and access areas, and yet it is fast saving both time and money. The Plugger is simple and easy to use so almost anyone can operate it after only a few moments instruction. The Plugger works in all those difficult areas, around trees, curved edges, banks, or up to walls etc, making it the most versatile aerator available on the market today. Instead of typical formed sheet metal “spoons” found on most aerators, Plugger uses solid high carbon steel bar stock that has been machined and heat treated. This process, along with the straight up and down action of Plugger cams, reduces side load and breakage common with rotating tine machines. Features Superior Maneuverability - A wide, stable wheel base and start, stop, backup and 90º turn capabilities allow Plugger to aerate around landscape features with ease. This enables aeration in areas hard to reach with other machines. More and Deeper Holes - Because Plugger relies on the power generated by the camshaft design and engine to drive tines deep into the soil, it will out perform other rotating tine machines in most tough soil conditions. The hole spacing is closer than all comparable competing brands. Tines - High tensile hardened steel tines available either as hollow or solid can can be changed in minutes. Tine Retractor - Enables the operator to skip over obstacles without slowing door. Specifications Working Width: 368mm / 14.5in per pass. Core Spacing: 92 x 150mm / 3.63 x 6in. Tines: 4. Working Depth: Up to 70mm / 2.75in. Engine: Briggs & Stratton 825 Series. Weight: 90kg. |
