Contract Information and Governing Law
A contract is formed between you and Godfreys only when you have received confirmation that your order has been accepted and you are notified of the order number on the screen and by email. For the avoidance of doubt the Contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and you and Godfreys will agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
