After Sales
At the beginning of 2006 Godfreys moved into a new after-sales facility in the Ide Hill region of Sevenoaks. Winkhurst Farm, Coopers Corner is a 2 acre site with fully equipped workshops, spare parts area and reception. In addition we have a paddock for testing and appraising products and also it offers the opportunity to hold open days. There is ample car parking spaces at Winkhurst Farm.
This new investment enables Godfreys to further improve our after-sales service and handle greater capacity through our workshops. The site is now fully operational and are please to receive visitors. We will have a parts counter at Otford Road and a customer drop off and collection service for the workshop.
Godfreys employ eight fully trained technicians in our busy workshop. All have experience in their field and regularly attend specialist courses, updating them on the latest machinery available. Whether it's servicing, re-grinding, sharpening shears or rebuilding engines & hydraulic systems, Godfreys have the expertise to provide a quality job.
Godfreys will repair any products that we are agents for, as long as the parts are available. Our spare parts department stock a large range of spare parts, as you would expect . We keep some 9000 lines in stock and have access to 1,000,000 more. Our stores use the latest up to date electronic re-ordering systems and can source parts quickly, subject to availability. Our well trained parts advisors have years of experience and knowledge helping you to select the correct spare part.
We realise keeping you informed about your machinery whilst it's in for repair or service, is an essential part of delivering a high level of service. That's why we employ two service advisors to ensure that your machine passes through our workshop as quickly and efficiently as possible. We also offer an on-site repair service for our franchised commercial & domestic products. Please call our service department for more information.
Godfreys also operate a collection and delivery service if you haven't the time or transport to get your machine to us. Please contact our workshop reception regarding any collection or delivery charges.
